THE FOURTH ANNUAL

Introducing Versatile Image’s annual community event, UNITY Block Party: Discovering the U in Community. This inclusive, art-centric event will encompass a gallery, vendors, and food trucks and conclude with a benefit concert showcasing local artists. The proceeds of this fundraiser go towards efforts to establish an innovative hub for creative professionals to support underserved and under-represented start-ups and small businesses.

SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MEANS CONTRIBUTING TO INITIATIVES THAT:

– Support startups and growing small businesses.

– Bring more economic growth to underserved and underrepresented communities in the region.

– Make Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas more attractive to a diverse, high-value workforce.

These statistics from the Arts & Economic Prosperity 6 study (AEP6), conducted by Americans for the Arts, show that when we invest in both economic and community wellbeing, specifically, the Arts and Culture industry encourages people to want to live and work in the area. It builds a community where entrepreneurs and creative economy businesses are launched, and economies flourish.
